I had such a wonderful experience during my first visit to this jewelry shop! I needed a stone reset on a ring, and even on a busy Saturday, the in-house jeweler took care of it quickly and flawlessly in under 10 minutes. The staff was so friendly, and the entire atmosphere was welcoming. I’m beyond thrilled to have found this gem of a place and can’t wait to return for my next purchase. Highly recommend them!

I purchased a watch from a different store and needed to get some links removed. I went to Brynn Marr and was able to get assistance from Luke to remove the links. Luke took great care of my watch and ensured I was happy with the fit before leaving. Again, although I didn't purchase from this store. I would in future due to Luke and his great customer service.

Great local jewelry store! I’ve been looking for a specific wedding band for the past few months. Luke was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I really love that he was able to get the ring ordered to the store and that I was able to try it on before buying it in my size.
